We are looking to hire for our Client, The Vertell Asset Management and Faern Hotels teams

-A Cluster E-Marketing Manager H/F

Role is based in the HQ in Zurich city centre, and will report to the Cluster Director of Business Strategy.

Vertell Asset Management operates 4 hotels of more than 100 bedrooms in Swiss resort locations during both Winter and Summer, under the brands Faern Hotels and Resorts and Arenas The Resorts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

The Cluster Marketing Manager is responsible for designing and occasionally executing marketing strategies and action plans to promote the hotels managed by Vertell as well as monitoring their execution and performance overseeing the Vertell marketing executive , coordinating outside partners across digital marketing, website content, press/public relations, social media, members loyalty, CRM & newsletters, sales and operational collaterals.

MARKETING:

-Oversee the creation of the Content Calendar across all platforms website / social media / newsletters / events/ PR
-Supervise the digital marketing strategy and execution, coordinating with external partners for SEO, SEA, web content, social media, CRM
-Drive the strategy and execution for loyalty and CRM, animating the members database in the objective to generate targeted revenues, analyzing customer profiles and behavior to propose adapted marketing strategies
-Oversee social media content and coordinating the social media agency
-Ensure maintenance of visual content across all digital platforms - own (websites) and 3rd party (OTAs, Tourism bureaus, MySwitzerland…)
-Plan the photo and video shoots, including refreshing the brand visual
-Organize or participate to events supporting the marketing and sales strategies
-Define the strategy for influencer and media stays,
-Collaborate with the hotel operations team, ensuring full preparation to receive and host influencer and media experiences
-Oversee the creation and update of collaterals for Operations as well as Sales and Marketing
-Deliver monthly reports including executed activity, organic and paid performance, and ROI, with an analysis of performance vs targets, defining KPis where necessary, and adding recommendations for future improvements
-Conduct information gathering and analysis, in order to identify and maximize on all possible opportunities and minimize any risks
-Monitor Marketing spend in line with agreed Budget, and produce a monthly Full Year Spend Forecast by type of spend
-Supervise the coordination of the voucher platform (via E-Guma) for both paid and comp stays ----Negotiate contracts with key marketing partners : digital marketing, loyalty platform, printers, PR & influence agencies, photographers and videographers…
-Respect and enforce the corporate identity and brand books among the different properties





Profil

REQUIREMENTS:

A Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or a related field or equivalent work experience is required
Experience in Hospitality marketing across all fields digital, PR, content creation, CRM, managing design

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

-Commitment to delivering a high level of quality and service to internal customers
-Organized and ability to be able to progress on various projects at the same time
-Very fluent English & German spoken and written, native a plus
-Experience in 5 years for a similar role


Conditions of the positions:

-Work location in Zürich HQ and in the different resorts occasionally and as per needs to execute the mission.
-Annual Salary of KCHF 96 for 12 months + variable of 20%
