Phone preselection
If your CV corresponds to the positions to be filled and the expectations of our customers, our recruitment managers will contact you by phone. The objective of this call: take precise stock of your professional aspirations.
One-on-one talk
If your profile is selected, you will be invited to meet us in our Paris offices. A personalised talk will be programmed with one of our consultants. Our firm can also organise a meeting via Skype.
Checking of references
After the one-on-one talk, AJ Conseil Recrutement & RH proceeds to a strict checking of your references.
Transmission of the dossier to the customer
A selection of applications meeting the requirements of the corresponding position in the best possible way is carried out by our consultants and researchers. This is then transmitted to the company concerned.
Talk to the customer
If the customer selects your application, you will be invited to meet him. This meeting often takes place on the premises of the company concerned.
