Au contraire, pour la majorit\u00e9 des entreprises, la situation de crise a galvanis\u00e9 les \u00e9nergies, la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et les strat\u00e9gies de d\u00e9veloppement. Aujourd\u2019hui, l\u2019offre d\u2019emploi est forte mais la demande n\u2019est plus au rendez-vous. <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Alors, comment voir plus clair dans un processus de recrutement\u00a0? Et surtout comment gagner du temps\u00a0?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #003366;\">Externaliser un recrutement\u00a0: dans quelle situation\u00a0? <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Pour tout d\u00e9cideur qui souhaite lancer un recrutement, une question se pose imm\u00e9diatement\u00a0: recruter directement par les services de l\u2019Entreprise ou confier ce recrutement \u00e0 un cabinet de recrutement sp\u00e9cialiste de son secteur d\u2019activit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Une \u00e9tude r\u00e9cente montre qu\u2019<strong>en France environ 30 % seulement du recrutement est externalis\u00e9<\/strong>, alors qu\u2019une Grande Bretagne la proportion est inverse\u00a0: environ les 2\/3 des recrutements sont externalis\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Les Anglais auraient -ils une longueur d\u2019avance sur nous ?<\/p>\n<p>Externaliser un recrutement s\u2019impose dans un certain nombre de cas o\u00f9 la confidentialit\u00e9 est requise\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Ouverture d\u2019un nouvel \u00e9tablissement,<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">D\u00e9veloppement d\u2019un concept original,<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Remise en cause d\u2019un collaborateur encore pr\u00e9sent dans l\u2019Entreprise.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mais plus simplement <strong>la question fondamentale est la libert\u00e9 du Manager \u00e0 d\u00e9l\u00e9guer, \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur,<\/strong> une mission pour laquelle il n\u2019est peut-\u00eatre pas le mieux arm\u00e9 et peu disponible car sollicit\u00e9 en permanence par ses responsabilit\u00e9s op\u00e9rationnelles.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #003366;\">L\u2019apport essentiel d\u2019un cabinet de recrutement <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le Conseil en recrutement apporte son regard ext\u00e9rieur \u00e0 l\u2019Entreprise, neutre et objectif, sans vision partisane.<\/p>\n<p>Il informe son client sur :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Les difficult\u00e9s du march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi,<\/li>\n<li>Les m\u00e9tiers en p\u00e9nurie, la cuisine par exemple,<\/li>\n<li>Ou sur le niveau de salaire de la fonction propos\u00e9e par rapport au march\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le Conseil agit en partenaire et apporte le plus de soins possibles \u00e0 l\u2019accomplissement de son contrat dans le respect de son obligation de moyens.
