P\u00e2tissier \u00e9m\u00e9rite, le jeune homme est reconnu pour ses cr\u00e9ations \u00e9l\u00e9gantes et raffin\u00e9es, insufflant un vent de modernit\u00e9 \u00e0 la p\u00e2tisserie traditionnelle.<\/p>\n<p>Parisien d\u2019origine, ce passionn\u00e9 a trouv\u00e9 <strong>sa vocation d\u00e8s l&rsquo;\u00e2ge de 15 ans<\/strong> alors qu\u2019il participait \u00e0 un salon des m\u00e9tiers, fascin\u00e9 par un stand tenu par une grande \u00e9cole de p\u00e2tisserie.
