{"id":67285,"date":"2017-01-23T23:00:00","date_gmt":"2017-01-23T23:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ajconseil.sixpixels.fr\/creation-de-la-gastronomie-academie"},"modified":"2017-01-23T23:00:00","modified_gmt":"2017-01-23T23:00:00","slug":"creation-de-la-gastronomie-academie","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ajconseil.fr\/fr\/creation-de-la-gastronomie-academie\/","title":{"rendered":"Cr\u00e9ation de la Gastronomie Acad\u00e9mie"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Extendam et Bpifrance lancent la &laquo; GASTRONOMIE ACADEMIE &raquo;, en partenariat avec Gault&amp;Millau, l&rsquo;Institut Paul Bocuse et AccorHotels<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Forts de leur connaissance approfondie <strong>du secteur h&ocirc;telier et du tourisme<\/strong>, Extendam et Bpifrance s&rsquo;associent &agrave; des groupes de renom pour lancer la premi&egrave;re <strong>GASTRONOMIE ACADEMIE<\/strong>, un r&eacute;v&eacute;lateur de talents des chefs de la gastronomie fran&ccedil;aise.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>La Gastronomie Acad&eacute;mie a pour vocation de soutenir de jeunes chefs fran&ccedil;ais &agrave; fort potentiel qui contribuent au renouvellement de la gastronomie fran&ccedil;aise et qui souhaitent faire rayonner leur savoir-faire &agrave; l&rsquo;international.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Une vingtaine de chefs fran&ccedil;ais et d&rsquo;entrepreneurs des m&eacute;tiers de bouche<\/strong> seront ainsi s&eacute;lectionn&eacute;s chaque ann&eacute;e <strong>par Gault&amp;Millau<\/strong> au sein d&rsquo;un vivier issu de sa dotation &ldquo;Gault&amp;Millau pour les jeunes talents&rdquo;,de &ldquo;l&rsquo;Artisanat Gourmand&rdquo; et de l&rsquo;Institut Paul Bocuse.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Ces talents ainsi retenus parmi de jeunes entrepreneurs, c&rsquo;est-&agrave;-dire disposant d&rsquo;une exp&eacute;rience r&eacute;ussie dans la gestion d&rsquo;au moins un restaurant, comme patron ou salari&eacute; ou entrepreneurs av&eacute;r&eacute;s avec plusieurs restaurants &agrave; leur actif avec une volont&eacute; de d&eacute;veloppement &agrave; l&rsquo;international, devront s&rsquo;engager et s&rsquo;impliquer personnellement aux c&ocirc;t&eacute;s des partenaires financiers, Extendam et Bpifrance, dans l&rsquo;installation de leur affaire.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>A l&rsquo;issue de cette premi&egrave;re s&eacute;lection, <strong>un jury,<\/strong> constitu&eacute; d&rsquo;un repr&eacute;sentant de chaque partenaire, s&eacute;lectionnera 3 &agrave; 5 laur&eacute;ats sur des crit&egrave;res de motivation, capacit&eacute; &agrave; entreprendre et ad&eacute;quation du concept propos&eacute; avec le march&eacute;, qui int&eacute;greront la Gastronomie Acad&eacute;mie.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Les laur&eacute;ats auront acc&egrave;s :<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul><\/p>\n<li>au programme de formation <strong>&laquo; Cr&eacute;er et Diriger son restaurant &raquo;<\/strong> de l&rsquo;Institut Paul Bocuse sp&eacute;cialement adapt&eacute; pour l&rsquo;acad&eacute;mie<\/li>\n<p><\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul><\/p>\n<li>&agrave; <strong>une mise en valeur dans un des restaurants du groupe AccorHotels<\/strong><\/li>\n<p><\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul><\/p>\n<li>&agrave; une proposition <strong>d&rsquo;accompagnement et des orientations financi&egrave;res<\/strong> en fonction du projet par Bpifrance et Extendam.<\/li>\n<p><\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>La s&eacute;lection a d&rsquo;ores et d&eacute;j&agrave; commenc&eacute;.
